As an advanced Assembly Technician (Level 3 track), you’ll transform drawings into finished, high-quality products using a blend of craftsmanship and technical know‑how.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days (4x10s); overtime commonly scheduled on Fridays
- Time Off & Holidays: PTO, Sick Time, and Nine paid holidays

- Assemble complex mechanical and electro-mechanical components using hand, pneumatic, and electric tools
- Interpret intermediate-level blueprints and technical specs to plan each build
- Measure precisely with calipers, drop indicators, and other precision instruments
- Perform pressure tests and apply marking methods (ink, epoxy, electro-etch, vibro-peen)
- Mix and apply specialized compounds to exact job requirements
- Install components using hydraulic and hand presses
- Create and maintain accurate build and quality documentation
- 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or technical setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control requirements
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
