What Your Day Looks Like
- Follow detailed traveler instructions to deliver consistent, high-quality finishes.
- Hand-deburr and edge-break components using files, stones, scrapers, and additional deburring tools.
- Operate finishing equipment such as sandblast and tumble machines to achieve specified textures.
- Interpret intermediate-level blueprints and uphold tight tolerances with confidence.
- Measure and record results, maintaining production standards and traceable documentation.
- Own quality: complete discrepant tags and keep accurate part counts.
- Keep your area clean, organized, and safe; support a safety-first culture.
- Collaborate with teammates who value precision and craftsmanship.
- Detail-obsessed with a pride in clean edges and flawless finishes.
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly.

- 3 years of hand finishing experience.
- Intermediate experience with mechanical hand tools.
