**About the Role**

• Genuine Machine Products**is seeking an experienced**Mill Machinist
  
  

(Level 2/3)**to join our night shift team. In this role, youll produce

high-quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer

standards. Youll work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused

environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top

priorities.

**What Youll Do**

• Operate**CNC milling machines**in accordance with company procedures
  
  

and safety standards

• Read and interpret**blueprints, travelers, and technical
  
  

instructions**

• Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently
• Perform**basic machine setups**and communicate tooling requirements
• Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data
• Maintain a**clean and organized work area**and complete required
  
  

documentation

• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous
  
  

improvement

**What Were Looking For**

**Experience & Education**

• **5 years**of CNC Mill operation and setup experience
• High school diploma or GED
  
  

**Skills & Knowledge**

• Intermediate understanding of**machine functions, tolerances, and
  
  

GD&T**

• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in**Microsoft Excel**
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  
  

**Technical Proficiency**

• Equipment troubleshooting
• CNC tooling
• CNC programming
  
  

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to**50 lbs**
• Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
