Your Impact
- Deliver parts that are burr-free, dimensionally accurate, and production-ready
- Drive reliability through precise documentation and part counts
- Protect downstream processes by maintaining tight tolerances
- Follow traveler instructions to the letter
- Deburr using a range of hand tools suited to the task
- Interpret intermediate blueprints and take accurate measurements
- Prevent oversizing through careful technique
- Operate sand blast and tumble machinery
- Scribe parts using vibro-peen tools for identification
- Apply knowledge of surface finishes and proper edge breaks
- Record standards, counts, and discrepancies as required
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Support adjacent tasks and priorities as needed
- 3 years of hand finishing/deburring experience
- Intermediate experience with mechanical hand tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong eye for detail and finishing finesse
- Comfort with blueprint tolerances and basic shop math
- Team mindset and ability to work independently
- Clear communication and dependable work ethic
- Standing, walking, and reaching for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties
- Exposure to fumes, odors, and dust in a manufacturing setting
