What You’ll Do
- Execute inspections across the lifecycle: receiving, in-process, first article, and final release.
- Prepare, document, and submit FAIs to AS9102 and customer-specific requirements.
- Interpret drawings, GD&T callouts, and specifications to verify compliance.
- Identify nonconforming product, document per established procedures, and escalate appropriately.
- Communicate discrepancies clearly and collaborate with engineering, production, and customers to resolve them.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and complete all quality documentation.
- Precision instruments: calipers, micrometers, height gages, optical comparators, and more.
- GD&T proficiency and blueprint reading to validate dimensional and feature requirements.
- AS9102 FAI practices; familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 environments is preferred.
- Bonus exposure: CMM, Net Inspect, and Discuss.
- Meticulous attention to detail and clear, concise communication.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time across multiple stations.
- Background in aerospace manufacturing is a plus.

Salary : $30 - $34
