Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, with a flexed schedule in place due to overtime.

What Success Looks Like
- You own the setup: tools loaded, work offsets set, program verified, and first-article approved.
- You manage the run: monitor spindle load, surface finish, and size control; make smart adjustments.
- You protect uptime: handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues before they impact schedule.
- You elevate the process: collaborate to improve methods, reduce scrap, and boost efficiency.
- Set up and operate 3–5 axis CNC mills for production.
- Interpret blueprints/technical documents accurately.
- Perform tool changes, probing, and calibration to meet spec.
- Monitor machines for quality and performance; adjust as needed.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
- Partner with the team to enhance processes and throughput.
- Maintain safety standards and a tidy, organized work area.
- 5 years CNC mill experience; aerospace manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Proven skill in production setups and repeatable machining.
- Expert blueprint reading; comfortable with GD&T.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and control operation.
- Detail-oriented, analytical problem solver; strong communicator and teammate.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
