- Turn complex blueprints into production-ready parts.
- Set up and run manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders with confidence.
- Consistently achieve tight tolerances using proven manual methods.
- Inspect and verify every feature to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Tooling to improve setups and solve challenges.
- Keep the workspace safe, organized, and efficient.
- 7 years in manual machining, including toolmaking, fixturing, and production machining.
- Fluency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Strong command of GD&T and machine capability/tolerances.
- Self-starter who also works well across teams.
- Quality-first mindset and clear communication skills.
- Location: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233
- First-shift stability for work-life balance (first shift hours noted as 5:00 am – 1:30 pm)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 am – 3:30 pm)
- Compensation: $30–$38/hour DOE
- PTO, 401(k), Health, Vision, and Dental
- Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
