At our Gilbert, AZ 85233 facility, you join the night shift that keeps production moving. Picture this: at 3:00 pm, you review the traveler and blueprint for a complex aerospace component. You load tools, probe the workpiece, verify offsets, and bring a 5-axis job to life. As the evening progresses, you monitor cycle times, fine-tune feeds and speeds, and collaborate with teammates to maintain quality and throughput. With overtime in play, we operate on a flexed schedule, though our typical night hours run Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm.
What You’ll Tackle
- Set up and run 3–5 axis CNC mills for repeatable production.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet exact specifications.
- Perform setups including tool changes, touch-offs, calibration, and verification.
- Monitor machine performance and part quality; adjust parameters as needed.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Work with peers to refine processes and drive efficiency improvements.
- Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized cell.
What You Bring
- 5 years operating CNC milling equipment; aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
- Hands-on expertise with production setups and repeatable process control.
- Strong print reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and control systems.
- Sharp attention to detail and practical problem-solving.
- Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Gilbert, AZ 85233. Night shift role with typical hours of 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, Monday–Friday; currently operating a flexed schedule due to overtime.
