Genuine Ice Cream is hiring ice cream scoopers! We are a locally owned business focused on small-batch, premium ice cream. We are looking for hardworking people with exceptional customer service skills who enjoy a fast-paced, fun environment and love ice cream.
NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED. MUST BE AROUND FOR MOST OF MSU WINTER BREAK!
Responsibilities:
-Serve homemade Genuine Ice Cream to customers
-Work as a member of a team in order to deliver the best product and experience for our customers
-Be knowledgeable about flavors, ingredients, our history and all things Genuine Ice Cream
-Keep workspace and customer areas clean and organized
-Act in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 16 years old at the time of employment
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work calmly and efficiently with a smile in high-stress situations
-Outgoing and friendly personality
-Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business (our hours range from noon to 10 pm everyday)
-You must be able to work nights and weekends
