Job Overview- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues.- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-maintained.- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation within the facility.- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
Skills- Proficiency in cleaning techniques and custodial practices.- Experience in housekeeping management is preferred but not required.- Knowledge of floor care procedures and equipment operation.- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks as required.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
