Job Summary:
The Network Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Network Operations team. Key responsibilities include data entry, contract management, document organization, use of ticketing systems, and provider communication. This role supports internal project managers and assists with provider onboarding and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid provider credentialing (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish – written and verbal (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, EMRs, or healthcare databases (preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Professional, dependable, and discreet with sensitive healthcare information
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update provider data in internal systems and spreadsheets
- Monitor and respond to provider-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Scan, upload, and organize provider contracts and documentation
- Maintain both digital and paper filing systems for provider records
- Provide administrative support to the Network Operations team
- Contact provider offices to gather missing information and assist with onboarding
- Conduct outreach for contract signatures, renewals, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing credentialing documentation required for payors
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate information flow
- Perform other duties as assigned
