What You'll Do
- Work side-by-side with our Lead Electrician on residential retrofit projects (the majority of the work)
- Install air conditioner and heat pump disconnects
- Run new circuits for gas furnaces and air handlers
- Assist with panel replacements and generator installations
- Help with miscellaneous electrical projects for residential and light commercial customers
- Learn best practices while delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service
- Ability to physically perform all job functions related to electrical installation
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 1-3 years of experience in the electrical field
- Knowledge of generators and electrical panel upgrades
- Professional, energetic, and well-organized
