Role Overview
As a Senior Chiller Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing complex commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on centrifugal and screw chillers along with associated hydronic, steam, chilled water, DX, and air-handling systems.

Role Overview
As a Senior Chiller Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and servicing complex commercial HVAC systems. You will diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on centrifugal and screw chillers along with associated hydronic, steam, chilled water, DX, and air-handling systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain centrifugal and screw chillers and related HVACR equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Tear down, rebuild, and rig equipment safely
- Use precision measuring tools and follow proper rigging techniques
- Maintain accurate service records and manage expenses effectively
- Work extended hours and overtime when required
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all safety protocols
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with centrifugal and screw chillers
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on chillers
- Experience with equipment tear-down, rebuilds, and rigging
- Documented factory training on chillers and control systems
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper PPE usage
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
