Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do
- Assist with installing residential heating and air conditioning systems
- Learn to perform change-outs, ductwork modifications, and equipment upgrades
- Help unload and stage equipment and materials
- Cut, drill, insulate, and build platforms as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every job
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- Basic math and science aptitude
- Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
- Good mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
- Clean appearance and professional attitude
