Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Litigation Attorney role located in Norfolk, VA. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for tasks such as preparing legal pleadings, attending court hearings, conducting trials, and representing clients in depositions. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and clients to build effective legal strategies and achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Law and Courtroom experience
- Proficiency in drafting Motions and conducting Trials
- Expertise in preparing for and conducting Depositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Admission to the Virginia State Bar
- Experience in complex litigation cases is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
