Primary Job Function: To manage the retrofit installation operations of the company, including the scheduling and dispatch of the crews, ordering, and purchasing procurements. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to the company schedule and requested lead-time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers.

Work Hours: This is a full time, hourly position. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 6:45am - 4pm. There may be occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of managing HVAC Construction Installations
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all customers, vendors and co-workers.
- Must know and understand all state and local codes (must be able to obtain Technician License within one year of hire)
- Must be able to operate hand tools and powered tools safely.
- Must be able to work on ladders, elevated platforms, boom lifts, and scaffolding.
- Must have valid Driver's License.
- CFC Certification Type I is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience completing proper start- ups preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience trouble shooting electrical and refrigeration problems preferred but not mandatory.
Desired Qualifications:
- EPA Certified
- NATE Certified
