Position: Weekend Caregiver (Part-Time / On-Call)

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver who is available to work weekends also and provide support when additional coverage is needed. To move forward in the hiring process, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Current HCA ID or PER ID, fully registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry
- California driver’s license in good standing
- Reliable personal vehicle and active auto insurance
- TB clearance completed within the past 90 days
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish (Spanish is Preferred)
- Capability to safely lift or assist with up to 50 lbs
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support clients in their homes by ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being. Key responsibilities include:
- Helping clients with daily personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Encouraging independence while assisting with everyday routines
- Preparing simple meals and supporting proper nutrition and hydration
- Offering companionship and engaging clients in conversation and meaningful activities
- Documenting care provided, health observations, and reminders accurately
- Keeping the home tidy through light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, cleaning, etc.)
- Responding calmly and quickly if health or safety concerns arise
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment at all times
