Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, and motivated Part-Time or Full-Time Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who values communication, integrity, and building strong relationships with patients and staff alike.

Requirements:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Associate's degree or certification in medical or dental administration (preferred but not required).
- 1–3 years of experience in a dental office, especially in insurance or billing roles.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and CDT codes.
Technical Skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Able to navigate and manage electronic claims systems and portals from insurance companies.
- Data entry accuracy and speed.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize in a busy office setting.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualities:
Digital charting and software knowledge not a requirement
Bilingual skills a plus
Flexible schedule availability
