We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral strategies and documentation procedures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information
- Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing treatment reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of patient care
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients’ families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for safeguarding patient information
