Your Leadership Impact

• Clinical Mentorship: Provide high-level supervision to BCBA staff, ensuring every intervention is rooted in empathy and the latest ABA best practices.
• Expert Assessment: Lead the intake process by conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, utilizing medical terminology and documentation standards that exceed HIPAA requirements.
• Strategic Care Design: Develop and monitor individualized, data-driven treatment plans that prioritize meaningful, functional progress for every client.
• Operational Integrity: Oversee medical records management and clinical compliance, ensuring our documentation is as precise as our therapy.
• Collaborative Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison between families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a "whole-child" approach to progress.
• Team Development: Facilitate ongoing training in behavioral health techniques and special education strategies, turning our clinical team into industry experts.

Who You Are

You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who balances a "data-first" brain with a "people-first" heart. You excel in fast-paced environments and have the clinical gravitas to lead a team through complex cases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven Leadership: Significant experience in a behavioral health setting with a track record of managing clinical teams and multiple priorities.
• ABA Mastery: Deep expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, diagnostic evaluation processes, and medical terminology.
• Compliance Expert: Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for medical record confidentiality and patient safety.
• Educational Insight: Prior experience in special education or school-based settings is highly desirable.
• Communication Pro: The ability to translate complex data into actionable, encouraging insights for families and staff alike.
