- Schedule aquamation, euthanasia, pickups, and memorial services.
- Follow up promptly with leads through phone, text, and email.
- Build rapport while confidently guiding clients toward a decision.
- Maintain detailed notes and appointment information.
- Coordinate with doctors and team members to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
- Respond to website inquiries and text messages.
- Explain our services, pricing, and process.
- Handle objections with confidence and empathy.
- Schedule appointments and collect required information.
- Follow up with every lead until they make a decision.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Coordinate schedules with veterinarians and field team members.
- Help increase appointment conversion rates and revenue.
- Loves talking to people.
- Is naturally empathetic while remaining confident.
- Can stay calm under pressure.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Learns quickly and follows established processes.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is comfortable using computers, email, texting, and scheduling software.
- Can multitask while maintaining professionalism.
- 1 year of phone sales experience
- Sales or inside sales.
- Appointment setting.
- Customer service.
- Veterinary, medical, funeral, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Call center experience is beneficial.
