Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression of the clinic
- Schedule appointments efficiently while accommodating urgent cases
- Handle medical collections accurately, ensuring proper billing procedures are followed
- Manage client records with attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about services and guiding clients appropriately
- Assist with pet check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks related to animal care and treatment documentation
Skills
- 1 year experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple schedules and records simultaneously
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology.
