Duties
- Greet patients warmly and verify their information to ensure accurate records
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using dental office software
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding treatment plans, appointment details, and follow-up instructions
- Assist with insurance verification, billing inquiries, and collecting necessary documentation
- Maintain organized patient files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and patient flow
- Follow up with patients post-appointment to gather feedback and address any concerns
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred
