We are seeking an Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive care in a general family, multi-specialty, and corporate dental practice. Working with oversight and mentorship from the lead dentist, practice owner, specialty mentor, and shared provider team, this role will deliver preventive and restorative care while supporting cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient examinations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide preventive and restorative dental care, including cosmetic procedures.
- Support pediatric dentistry and oral surgery procedures.
- Conduct diagnostic imaging and interpret findings to guide treatment.
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records.
- Follow infection control protocols and coordinate referrals as needed.
- Provide emergency dental treatment and collaborate with the provider team.
Required Qualifications:
- Active state dental license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entry-level experience in general dentistry.
- Knowledge of general dentistry, treatment planning, dental radiography, restorative procedures, and periodontal care.
- Experience with electronic health records.
- Strong patient communication and clinical judgment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a dental team.
