We are seeking a highly organized and service-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will serve as a key partner to field operations by managing the full-cycle recruiting process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You’ll guide hiring managers through each step of the hiring journey—ensuring a seamless, compliant, and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the ATS lifecycle from job creation through onboarding, supporting 160 offices and ~800 hires annually
- Partner with hiring managers to advise on:
- Job posting strategies
- Compensation alignment
- Interview best practices
- Compliance and selection processes
- Offer letters
- Background checks
- Onboarding workflows
What You Bring
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for supporting others
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a high-volume customer service role preferred
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS systems is helpful but not required
