Gentle Care Home Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in providing one-on-one skilled nursing care to children with medical needs in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
- Follow the patient's individualized plan of care.
- Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
- Provide assigned skilled nursing care, which may include G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator, and seizure care, according to the patient’s care plan, your scope of practice, and verified competencies.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate with families and the Gentle Care clinical team.
- Provide patient and family education and support.

- Active, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet required background and health screening requirements.
- Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
