We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part Time Clerical Homecare Assistant to join our dedicated team in Piscataway.
The hours will be flexible but will be monday through friday from 3 to 4 hours per day, preferred mornings until 1pm.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure all client and administrative information is up-to-date.
- Utilize computer skills to update schedules
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, processing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Ensure efficient communication by managing email correspondence and supporting administrative needs of caregivers and clients.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while providing timely support to clients and team members.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning documents, and preparing reports as needed.
- Contribute to a positive office environment by demonstrating excellent organizational skills and time management.
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting; experience in healthcare or homecare environments is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and maintain accuracy in proofreading documents.
- Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can be beneficial but is not required.
