Gentle Care Home Services Inc is looking for a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a non-clinical, leadership-track role where you’ll be the bridge between clients, caregivers, and our agency.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Build trusted relationships with families and caregivers
✔ Coordinate care and match clients with the right aides
✔ Recruit and support caregivers
✔ Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins
✔ Help grow our agency by strengthening community ties
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish-English strongly preferred (Arabic, Russian, Hindi/Urdu, etc. also considered)
- Experience in home care, case coordination, or customer service
- Strong communication, organizational, and people skills
