Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy & Execution
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications and data solutions
- Build, maintain, and support DevOps pipelines and application/data integration workflows
- Contribute to enterprise-wide roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term IT and business goals
- Work with internal and external partners to execute complex implementations
- Support business units, analysts, and vendors through technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Mentor junior developers and provide code review for internal and external teams
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
- Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding system improvements and project milestones
- Ensure compliance with IS security standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements
- Support both passive and proactive analytics through data architecture and reporting workflows
- Contribute to quality assurance, system upgrades, and platform migrations
- Provide technical backup support for data and solution architects
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, Python, database architecture, and CI/CD tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, scripting, data masking/encryption, and access control
- Ability to create architectural diagrams and documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred (Associate’s with equivalent experience considered)
- Experience in database design, application development, DevOps, enterprise workflows, and third-party integrations
- Broad knowledge of software development lifecycle and enterprise architecture principles
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe tools, preferred
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile environments
