Overview
We’re looking for a Human Resources Processing Specialist to join our team.
You will report directly to the HR Operations Supervisor. You will be responsible for all transactional processes associated with employee access to select systems and electronic record-keeping.
- Creates, updates, and maintains all employee records in Human Resource Information Systems
- Orders and reviews any testing required for new and on-going employment, to include, but not limited to backgrounds, drug testing, fingerprinting, and OIG
- Requests and tracks items identified as employee renewables
- Communicates to HRG non-compliance with record-keeping requirements
About You
- Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of datHR Operations Supervisora processing, preferably in an HR environment
