Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming merchandise
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization throughout the warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory control procedures
- Process transfers, damages, returns, and defective merchandise
- Follow shipping procedures to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning shipping and inventory software
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
