Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, educating patients and the public about health conditions, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. The RN works closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Document patient care, observations, and progress accurately.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

• LTC: 1 year (Preferred)
• EMR, Matrix Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Memory care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Indiana Professional License/ NLC participating state (Preferred)
