Genstone Financial is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Business Purpose Lending (BPL) to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for originating and managing investor-focused loan opportunities including DSCR Rental Loans, Bridge Loans, Fix & Flip Financing, Ground-Up Construction, and other business-purpose lending products.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with real estate investors, and has a strong ability to convert leads into funded loans. Mortgage licensing is preferred but not required
This position works with company-provided leads, strategic referral partners, real estate investors, brokers, and self-generated business to build and maintain a strong pipeline of business-purpose lending opportunities
Core Responsibilities:
• Engage inbound and outbound leads interested in Business Purpose Lending products.
• Develop relationships with real estate investors, brokers, builders, wholesalers, and referral partners.
• Consult with borrowers to understand investment strategies and recommend appropriate financing solutions.
• Originate and manage DSCR, Bridge, Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, and Rental Portfolio loan opportunities.
• Educate borrowers on loan structures, leverage options, cash-out opportunities, and financing strategies.
• Analyze borrowers qualifications, property cash flow, project viability, and investment objectives.
• Guide clients through the application, underwriting, approval, and closing process.
• Maintain a sales pipeline through CRM and LOS systems.
• Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and relationship management.
• Partner with Operations, Underwriting, Processing, and Closing teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Consistently achieve monthly funding, revenue, and production goals.
• Stay current on market trends, investor financing strategies, and lending guidelines.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of mortgage, real estate, lending, sales, or investor-focused business development experience.
• NMLS Mortgage License, preferred but not required.
• Experience with DSCR, Bridge, Fix & Flip, Construction, Hard Money, Private Lending, or Non-QM products.
• Existing relationships with real estate investors, Realtors, wholesalers, builders, or mortgage brokers.
• Experience with Encompass or other Loan Origination Systems.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales technology.
• Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
