What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Sales Solution Manager position at Gensmo?
We’re looking for a Pre-sales Solutions Architect to join our AI Fashion Agent team — someone who can bridge AI technology and the fashion industry.
You’ll work closely with global fashion and luxury brands to understand their business goals, translate them into AI-driven solutions (e.g., virtual try-on, multimodal styling, content generation), and support our sales team in building successful brand partnerships.
What You’ll Do
1️ Solution Design & Client Discovery
- Partner with fashion, luxury, and beauty brands to identify their digital transformation goals, content challenges, and customer experience needs.
- Translate client requirements into tailored AI solutions such as virtual try-on, AI styling recommendation, or multimodal content generation.
- Develop technical solution proposals and ensure alignment between brand objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
2️ Pre-sales & Partnership Support
- Collaborate with the business development team throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise and solution guidance.
- Join client meetings to present and articulate how our AI fashion solutions can enhance brand engagement and consumer conversion.
- Address client technical questions, manage custom solution requests, and support the proposal-to-contract process.
3️ Product Demo & Proof of Concept (POC)
- Lead product demos, virtual try-on showcases, and POC initiatives that bring our AI capabilities to life for brand partners.
- Integrate brand assets (look books, design sketches, model photos) into multimodal presentations that highlight solution potential.
4️ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, AI/algorithm, design, and customer success teams to ensure pre-sales solutions are seamlessly delivered post-sale.
- Translate client insights and industry trends into actionable feedback for internal product improvement.
5️ Industry Insight & Technical Advisory
- Stay on top of AI x Fashion trends, including generative design, digital avatars, and virtual fashion experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering forward-thinking technology perspectives and innovation strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fashion Technology, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting, preferably in AI, SaaS, or fashion tech industries.
- Strong understanding of AI visual or multimodal algorithms, virtual try-on, or content generation technologies.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical solutions into business value, in both English and professional contexts.
- Passionate about the intersection of AI, fashion, and creative innovation.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
