What You Will Do
- Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration
- Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings
- Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts
- Work in a synergistic manner with other design and professional staff
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited school
- 0-5 years of architectural project experience (core and shell).
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Outstanding graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices.
- Ability to learn, collaborate, and solve complex problems.
- The successful candidate may not have a mastery of all noted tools, but generally should be comfortable navigating across 3D modelling, visualizing, and presentation platforms to create compelling diagrams & imagery.
- The base salary will be estimated between $75,000 - $82,000 annually plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
