Your Role
As a Student Extern, you will join a dynamic office environment shadowing architects and interior designers in Gensler’s Los Angeles office. This is a paid externship from June 22 through August14th, 2026. This externship will be 5 day in office, with 40 hours a week.

- Experience the rich culture of our studios, office, and firm.
- You are in a 4-year accredited academic institution
- Familiarity with the real estate, construction, and/or architecture industry.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in school and/or community.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- This is a paid externship at the rate of $26.00 per hour*
