You will be successful because you are skilled in responding to RFQs/RFPs/RFIs, have expertise InDesign with a strong graphic design ability, and impeccable organization and project management skills.

What You Will Do
- Work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other thought leadership collateral in alignment with brand standards
- Participate and lead pursuit strategy and planning
- Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities, with a critical emphasis on graphic design capabilities
- Perform multiple marketing efforts against deadlines
- Learn and understand Gensler’s portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities
- Maintain marketing collateral, resources, and information systems
- Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects and elevate the quality of our efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 7 - 10 years of related professional experience in a marketing position with responsibility for creating proposals in response to RFPs
- Knowledge of the business development proposal process (RFP/RFQ)
- Mastery of InDesign & creative and impactful graphic design skills creating effective presentations and marketing collateral
- Experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus; experience in an architectural design firm is especially valuable
- Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- The estimated base salary range for this position in the Washington, D.C. office is $75,000-95,000, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation is contingent on location and relevant skills, qualifications and experience.
