JOB SUMMARY:
The Service Helper is responsible for assisting service technicians and professionals in performing their tasks, ensuring efficiency and safety. The role involves performing minor repairs, maintaining tools and equipment, and preparing work areas.

Essential Job Functions:
- Assists service technicians in performing their tasks, under supervision.
- Carries out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as directed.
- Prepares work areas before service tasks begin, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
- Cleans up work areas after service tasks are completed.
- Maintains and organizes tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Carries and deliver materials, tools, and equipment to the work area as needed.
- Learns and complies with all safety regulations and procedures. Wears proper PPE when required.
- Reports any issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
- Assists in inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Prolonged periods standing, bending, reaching.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
- Work may be performed in high/low temperature.
