We’re seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager (SRM) to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, relationships-focused sales team. The SRM will drive meaningful gross profit, create and maintain a visually vibrant showroom, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You must have experience with selling tile, interior design and sales.
What you’ll do
Recruit, train, develop, and motivate Sales Associates; provide timely feedback and regular performance reviews
Develop new customer bases and nurture relationships that generate significant business
Guide sales staff to prospect, assist with selections, and follow up on customer inquiries
Manage a balanced sales mix that benefits both customers and the Company
Lead showroom safety, efficiency, organization, cleanliness, maintenance, and integrity
Accurately process and balance payment transactions
Stay informed on product information and educate colleagues accordingly
Advise customers on finishes, styles, textures, materials, and quality options
Strategically schedule and manage personnel and workloads
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Address customer issues per company protocols and uphold workplace ethics
