Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager (SSAM) to serve as a high-level partner and strategist for our clients. Unlike a traditional account manager, this role demands someone with deep industry experience in real estate private equity and/or investor marketing, who can shape strategy, guide execution, and ensure measurable results.


The SSAM is not just a project manager, they are a trusted advisor for our customers. They understand both the technical execution of digital campaigns and the strategic levers that drive capital raising success. This individual will own key client relationships, lead strategic planning, and partner with internal teams to deliver high-impact results.


Core Areas of Focus


1) Strategic Leadership & Account Growth

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, aligning GenRevv’s services with their capital raising goals.
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and measurable KPIs.
  • Proactively recommend new campaigns, funnels, and creative directions based on industry insights.
  • Partner with leadership on client retention and expansion, uncovering opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.

Clients view you as a strategic partner, not just a service provider. You consistently identify growth opportunities, align campaigns to revenue goals, and increase client retention and lifetime value.


2) Project Oversight & Execution Excellence

  • Oversee campaign execution while ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively solve issues before they affect delivery.
  • Ensure deliverables undergo thorough internal review and meet GenRevv’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, creative strategists, and copywriters to refine messaging and funnel strategies.
  • Use performance data and industry benchmarks to inform ongoing optimizations.


Success Looks Like:

Projects are consistently on time, KPIs are met or exceeded, and the team executes against a clear strategic plan with minimal escalations.


3) Client Relationship Management & Communication

  • Act as the senior point of contact for high-value client accounts.
  • Lead client calls with confidence, balancing high-level strategy with execution detail.
  • Build trust by providing proactive performance updates, market insights, and clear expectations.
  • Partner with GenRevv leadership for executive-level relationship management.
  • Maintain consistent client satisfaction, driving renewals and long-term relationships.

Clients consistently renew contracts, escalate fewer issues, and proactively seek your input on strategic decisions.


You Are

  • A seasoned account manager with 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Experienced in real estate private equity, capital raising, or financial services marketing (strongly preferred).
  • A strategic thinker who can zoom out to business objectives and zoom in to campaign details.
  • Comfortable analyzing marketing performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Skilled at building relationships with executives and entrepreneurs, able to confidently advise and challenge clients when needed.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and excellent at problem-solving under pressure.


Requirements

  • 5–7 years of account management, client services, or strategic consulting experience.
  • Proven track record of leading marketing strategy and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, funnel development, and direct response marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Industry experience in real estate, private equity, or investor-focused marketing (required or strongly preferred).
