This is an internship role for a User Experience Designer Intern, located in New York, NY, with hybrid work arrangements allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in conceptualizing and designing user-centered experiences, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and contributing to visual design elements. Additional responsibilities include participating in design workshops, wireframing, and testing designs to address user pain points and enhance usability.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methods
- Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles
- Experience with Prototyping tools and techniques
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments
- Enthusiasm for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of diverse users
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is a plus
