This is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Data Engineer Intern, you will support the team by designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines, ETL processes, and scalable data models. You will assist in managing data warehouse solutions, ensuring data integrity, and providing insights through analytics. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven decision-making is also a key component of this role.
- Strong knowledge of Data Engineering concepts, including data architecture design and workflow optimization
- Experience with Data Modeling and schema design principles
- Proficiency in building and optimizing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts and cloud-based solutions
- Skills in Data Analytics with the ability to extract insights and build visualizations for stakeholders
- Understanding of relational and non-relational databases
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or SQL
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
