Genova Burns LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Labor Attorney with 4 - 9 years of experience to join our Labor Law Practice Group.

Responsibilities:
- Represent management in labor relations matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
- Advise employers on labor law compliance and workforce management strategies.
- Handle matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), and other administrative agencies.
- Provide counsel on union organizing campaigns, contract administration, labor disputes, and workplace investigations.
- Draft and review collective bargaining agreements, labor-related policies, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and participate in hearings, arbitrations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop practical business-oriented solutions.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission a plus.
- 4-9 years of labor law experience, preferably representing management.
- Experience handling collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
- Litigation experience a plus.
- Strong writing, research, negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relations.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working effectively within a team environment.
Salary : $160 - $200
