Fulfillment Associate

Location: Boca Raton, Florida | Full-time, On site

Reports to: Manufacturing Manager

In the dynamic landscape of cGMP manufacturing, we are seeking a Fulfillment Specialist with a knack for innovation and the Romanian flair of being a “descurcăreț”—someone who can creatively navigate challenges and find solutions in real-time.

The Fulfillment Associate supports daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with product labeling, assembly, inventory management, and quality control to maintain smooth and efficient production ans fulfillment processes.

This position operates in a small warehouse/production area.

• Receive & inspect shipments for accuracy & damage according to cGMP.
• Unload deliveries safely using proper equipment (must be able to lift 50lbs).
• Update incoming inventory records and labeling of incoming materials.
• Communicate receiving discrepancies or issues with supervisors.

2. Shipping

• Pack and prepare items for outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickups and deliveries.
• Track and report shipment statuses.

3. Inventory Management

• Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Maintain organized and accurate storage of all items.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Communicate low stock levels to supervisors for reordering.

4. Internal Product Requests

• Process and prioritize internal purchase requests for consumables and supplies.
• Pick and deliver items to requesting departments.
• Track fulfilled purchase requests and update records.
• Monitor and restock daily operation supplies as needed.

5. General Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment and resources responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals.

Compensation:

• Competitive full-time salary: $45k-$55k/year.
