Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their visit
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Assist with merchandising by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring attractive product presentation
- Conduct product demos of golf equipment and accessories to inform and upsell to customers
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information on tee times, shop hours, and merchandise
- Support retail sales efforts through suggestive selling and promoting special offers or memberships
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashiering experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
