- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address guest requests promptly
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices
- Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
