Job Summary
Geno's Bar & Grill is seeking a friendly and dependable Service Associate to support daily restaurant operations and provide attentive service to guests. This position will assist with customer service, order support, dining-area upkeep, and teamwork across the front of house to help maintain a smooth and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Support servers, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff during busy periods.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables accurately and promptly.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Assist with restocking supplies, utensils, napkins, and service items.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Follow restaurant sanitation, food-safety, and service procedures.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general shift-cleanup duties.
- Help maintain an efficient flow of service during high-volume periods.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, bar, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
