Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a Registered Nurse who possesses additional clinical and didactic education to function at an advanced level of nursing practice. They will be clinically competent in physical diagnosis, psychosocial assessment and management of health-illness needs to provide direct patient care and education to patients, families, students, and nursing staff. Acute care pediatric and or NICU experience
Experience with intubation and placing emergency umbilical lines
National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a PNP (Pediatric) specialty
