Warehouse Associate - Inventory & Shipping/Receiving

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our commercial furniture warehouse team. This is a hands-on general labor position that requires previous inventory experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, performing physical tasks, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pull and stage furniture and materials for deliveries and installations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Update inventory movements and assist with inventory tracking.
• Organize warehouse locations and ensure products are properly labeled.
• Assist with furniture assembly, disassembly, and material handling as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Work closely with warehouse and office staff to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform general labor and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Inventory control or inventory management experience required.
• Comfortable performing general labor and working in a physically active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory updates and tracking.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
