Role: Remote Outbound Family Insurance & Property Locate Coordinator (100% Work From Home / Full-Time)
Compensation: $800/week guaranteed base salary ($41,600/yr base) uncapped per-sale commission ($85 per small job / $150 per full insurance job). Our reps receive ~35 hot daily residential property leads and close 2–5 jobs per day ($85,000–$120,000 OTE).
What You Will Do Daily (35 Hot Leads/Day Provided — Zero Cold Door Knocking):
Every day, our dispatch system flags ~35 hot residential property leads where a homeowner has passed away indoors and the surviving Next of Kin needs immediate biohazard property restoration—which is covered 100% by Homeowners Insurance (HO-3) with $0 out-of-pocket cost to the family.
